While Haali converts the TWOS audio to PCM by itself, the MP4/MOV splitter from MPC plays dumb and treats the format like any other one. That means you need a decoder for TWOS. ffdshow can decode that when you enable support for uncompressed audio. However, it is unfortunately a bit buggy, so expect issues.
Ideally MPC's splitter should also convert this uncompressed variant to plain PCM. Submit a feature request. Then maybe Casimir666 can fix it. |
Yeah it doesn't work that way playback isn't possible and if sound plays you only hear some strange noises
guess for now i have to still switch between parser and hope for a feature add by casimir666 thx
little surprising though that Mplayer and VLC both play it back fine
so haalis parser has problems with: ima4
and gabest with : sowt
