Still today I use this Old tutorial to make my AC3,
I only started to use 1 or 2 different plugins/Effects but the essential is the same, (Some time i use QXpander from QTools and WaveSurround from Wave Arts).
For me this tutorial is the best.
I judge, Amnon82 and Surroundboy have lost:

xw2ac3_8504.rar and
Stereoto5.1AC3.pdf
BeSweetv1.5b26.zip

Dear, Surroundboy and Amnon82, if you want, i have this in my hold HDD, if want i send this to you
