I make a test with mp3sEncoder -> mp3sDecoder and the channel order is correct then you can use eac3to to obtain a wav with a correct MaskChannel value:
MaskChannels : 1551 (FL FR FC LF SL SR)
Other correct value for MaskChannel is:
MaskChannels : 63 (FL FR FC LF BL BR)
