hmm this seems to become my preferred filter for quick and dirty conversions.

so far as I could conclude form looking at the results for ióne minute, I think it has the following impementations:

- edi-interpolation similar to tomsmocomp
- temporal motion masking over 5 fields in temporal
- soft motion masking, i.e. no hard thresholding
