It REALLY WORKS ! now the DVD on my standalone plays flawlessly !
and also DVDSHRINK is no more reporting errors on the fixed VIDEO_TS

I'm close to fixing this. It appears I have incorrectly calculated the first, second, and third reference frame end blocks. These are used for fast playing.
