yeap, seems like AC3ENC's product came out buggy.

it would be nice if you could do some more testing and tell me when this error occurs - only in 2/0 mode ? only in 2/0+192kbps mode ?

i must admit that i don't care much about the 2/0 AC3 mode, simply because you could use anything else (mp2/mp3/ogg), but maybe i could fix this bug easily..
