It looks okay to me. I don't know much about removegrain, but I assume it is that that is responsible for the rather artificial steadiness of the background - when the camera starts to move before the cut, it's actually a bit jarring because until that point the image has been perfectly steady.

But then, I get the same feeling watching direct feeds from studio cameras into monitors, because I'm more used to relatively grainy transmission pictures.
