Custom refresh modes for Intel also have more problems than NVIDIA and AMD, right? As VAMET wants to bitstream, it's important to keep in mind.

Yes, LAV Filter supports bitstreaming of Atmos and DTS:X. However when bitstreaming you need good refresh rate timings to avoid dropped/repeated frames, and Intel GPUs aren't the best at that.
