HD Youtube saved videos are not recognized in ffdshow

Whenever I download a HD video in Youtube as an MP4 file with Downloadhelper, it refuses to play on Media Player Classic through FFdshow. When I use CoreAVC a warning appears that it cannot find the codec, thus only the audio plays, while when I use ffdshow's decoder a blank screen appears instead with no info about the video.

No problem with Mplayer based players though.

in MPC a message like this appears, regardless of HD video type. Has it to do with the frame rate or the way Downloadhelper converts and saves the videos?
