Just a bump in case you did not see my edit above:

Could you please enlighten me as to what the problem is with AutoEncode.
You want queue both audio and video, but not mux?

Re-reading, looks like you just want Video queued.
Give me your reason/requirements and I shall try to get it going (no promises).

EDIT: also, whats in the AVS's, both audio + video?
