Audio Synchronization Problem

Hybrid - 100227_3
Video--------x264
Audio ---------Custom add all
Bitrate------------380
AVC----------High/5.1
Threads---------6
Present--------------slower
Tune-------------------Animation

Reencode audio stream

aac auto Nero AAC

Downmix --------don't change

I also face Problem in encoding 6 channel audio file to 2 channel please help.
