Excuse me, I forgot to tell you one thing.
I have a plan(may be just a dream) to build a help file(ffdshow.chm).
Microsoft HTML help 1.4 supports HTML 3.2.
So I would like to be keep compatibility with HTML 3.2.
As far as I see, it is compatible.
