Update with new mencoder sample:

Mencoder with Compliant Vector Range Limitation

Special Mencoder but I don't know if it's really compliant

Mencoder-Optimum.m2v is the very best for metric and by far:
PSNR = 47.25 dB
SSIM = 83.51
