Have verify if the problem should the BD-R reference ?
I'd test some brand and reference of BD-R and few brand are not reconize by S350 (or other player).
For exemple : DAXON BD-R not work on standalone player.
VERBATIM/PANOSONIC/SONY BD-R work fine.
TAIYO YUDEN LTH technology ? (no compatible writer for test).
