If you are talking about in the context of DGMPGDecNV, then it is already supported. All you need to do is enable it, either in the menu of DGMPGIndexNV, or using deinterlace=1 for DGMPGDecodeNV. I don't know what hajj_3 is talking about. If you are talking about some other context, then it's OT for this thread.
