This has been tested in my ps3 & on a sony 550 blu ray player, my burner is a samsung w163a & use only quality ritek discs.

Are you sure the forced subs are even there? The copy i had didn't force any subs even on the original on my Panasonic BD30, i think you might find that it is a mastering error and that is the reason it is currently very hard to track down in UK shops on Blu-ray, if you read this thread
