I've worked out a way of solving this issue.

All you have to do is chop-off and save a few milliseconds from the beginning of DVD-A's (2013 bytes/frame) elementary DTS stream. And add it to the beginning of a BRD-A's (2012 bytes/frame) elementary DTS stream.

After they are added together, Muxman no longer rejects the new elementary DTS stream.

This now means it's possible to back-up the 96/24 DTS audio from a Blu-ray audio (HFPA) disc onto a DVD~R, complete with basic menu and track selection
