i have now end of second-pass with 60% bitrate .. and it just reencodes something again and again..

and
now i've found 770 copies of GOP #658 in tempDir.. so i deleted them.. and it encodes again something.. on 100%total and 60% of Quality..
... ADD(few mins later): Yeppie.. it did..
... two deleted GOPs(manually) and retcontrol(i guess this is the proper naming) works again.
