The next error, what are you loading in? Can you supply a 10 second sample or something? and/or some of the files in the .TEMP that has been made - the AVS file, if exists, and the D2V file, and a directory listing of the contents of that folder (dir *.* >list.txt).

When I click avi.net.exe, I'll get this:
I select "Continue", click "In", after indexing throws "Parse Audio" error.
I have chosen a 3 second sample, hopefully enough.
