I will give everything in there a try, but i've already tried the registry entries and I cannot use a DVI-HDMI adapter because I need lossless/Atmos/DTS-X. The persistent windows program running in the background might be my best bet.

Masybe remove everything in registry i mean like whole string restart pc and see what is there, or maybe look trough there if there isnt anywhere:
