I've updated AVISynth to the latest 2.58 version and tried again - still no joy, the same x264.exe crash.
- I've noticed in the BD_Rebuilder settings menu that ffmpeg is greyed out and only x264 is available to select - is that a problem?
- I've also noticed that when BD_Rebuilder gets to this point:

shouldn't Haali and FFDshow bee seen in the taskbar, as they aren't?
Any other suggestions please ? Thanks for your help, it's appreciated, hope we get to the bottom of this!
