As result, mine has been obtained with Nic's lanczos dll. (19000 Kb / 20200 Kb)
To mention that Nic's version is only a bit slower than bicubic, almost how happens in my system... (~24fps / ~27fps)
[Edit] I have used fixed quantizer 3 for that test.
