Muxing was somthing like:

Ogg Demux--|
           |->Ogg Mux
Ogg Demux--|

The first Ogg file contained Theora video encoded with your filter suite in Graphedit from an AVS source. The second was an audio only Ogg Vorbis file produced from AC3 with BeSweet.
