Network latency maybe? Is the decoder empty when this happens?
Check
Control Panel ->
Network and Internet ->
View network status and tasks.
Click on the active connection and see what it says for
Speed. Should say 1.0 Gbps.

You need Write access to the media folder to complete the test.
