Okay... it is added.
multiAVCHD will recognize celltime format in external chapter files (i.e. movie-video.mpg + movie-video.txt).

p.s. I asked about the fps because when you have RFF flags in mpeg video for pull-down, etc... celltime->time calculation is different.
Just try with your video files and let me know how it worked.
