. For instance, D2S interface is not intuitive. You must read a guide to learn to tweak the tool. On the other side, D2S (him) managed to set it up in such a way that if you know nothing, dislike to read the docs and even have a hard time with readmes, the default values will do a great job anyway.
Software Engineering must balance usability with powerness. The KISS concept is crucial for starters, but you must also take into account power users and the evolution of your tool. An approach with Advanced mode seems to me the best deal, just like D2S (him) chose to do.
