I see your point. It's not a big deal though... We can always add chapter names manually afterwards (or use alternates like Yraen's GUI), so it doesn't really matter. (It's just a came across a movie with ~50 chapters recently and i was bored adding the names
)
Anyway, if you are for it, i vote for capital C.
