I am pretty certain that he knew what to expect, and he explained to me already that the issues are most probably a result of overbooking the server like hotels in vacation seasons... And making a backup script timeout by failing to throttle all the other V-Servers running besides the one which runs our server means that the hoster cannot keep promises being part of a contract. So I was told. Well, I hope Michael will reply with first-hand facts.
