I've seen some guides on converting 25 fps -> 29.97 (avi to mpg) but none on the above. Don't think there's anything in TMPGEnc to do this. I tried converting right to NTSC in TMPGEnc and video came out real jerky. I tried DG Pulldown but I think that's just for 25 -> 29.97. I tried encoding in TMPGEnc and keeping same frame rate (23.976) but it converted to 29.97 anyway.
