You mean
LoadPlugin("..\data\FLuaG.dll"). Doesn't work (for me), because LoadPlugin just accepts the complete file path.

For FLuaG everyone can look for the mass of OpenGL tutorials on the web (excluding window initialization, isn't needed in FLuaG) and just write it in Lua, so there
are tutorials.
Seems it's needed to include OpenGL & Lua teaching into FLuaG. When i have more time, i will create a video tutorial step-by-step.
