Are those avi files or what? Because last time I checked, the filesize limit for normal avi files is 2 gb. Unless your using OpenDML, in which case I think you can go up to 4gb. And then there's also the filesize restriction that the Windows itself imposes on ALL files due to the FAT filesystem it uses.

If you are not encoding avi files, you need to read closer. Yakumo specifically said "avi files" in his/her reply.
