The MKVs created by "MakeMKV" include/retain the chapter information. If I drag and drop such an MKV onto "tsMuxeR" (which is used by your GUI), this chapter information appears in the "Custom chapters" section.

It would be a nice touch if you'd add this capability to your GUI.

And again, regarding BluRay format - Since you've already got the capability to save in compliant BluRay format builtin for BD25s, why not simply offer it as a CHOICE (AVCHD or BluRay) for DVD5 and DVD9 output? Once again, this capability already exists in "tsMuxeR" (which is used by your GUI)...
