BTW, there is also something else you can try. Since your main movie is in VTS 2, that means that you have also a VTS 1 (and perhaps also VTS 3 etc...)
You can try to modify the order of the VTSs. With some luck, that might be sufficiewnt to have a cell starting at the right position. However, if VTS 1 (and 3, 4...) are very short (for example if you have blanked them) it's probably useless.
To reorganize the VTSs, use PgcEdit -> DVD -> Remap Titlesets.
