Each job = vdubmod script. I don't want to break that unless VDubMod cannot be used at all (and considering that mkv support is not released even at alpha stage i assume that was only hypothetical question
)
P.S. If you're saying that MKV changes that rapidly that VDubMod cannot even be updated properly then I would rather wait until it gets stable enough to produce not more that 2 updates a year (god I love AVI - no hassle whatsoever
