FFT3DGPU working on Avisynth x64?

I put in the fft3dgpu.hlsl+dll same directory

but unable to load fft3dgpu.dll

What's the problem?

Code:

LoadPlugin("C:\Program Files (x86)\AviSynth 2.5\plugins64\FFT3dGPU.dll")
FFT3dGPU(bt=1, sigma=2.0, bw=32, bh=32, ow=16,oh=16)
