if you look inside the Workfiles folder, you can see if there is a VID_00039.avs.264 file. If so, see if there is a 00039.m2ts file in the completed BDMV/Streams folder.
If not, see if there is a VID_00039.avs file created. If so, see if you can open that file with MPC.
