HI again, that´s exactly the way I always have launched it,
"rundll32 vobsub.dll,Configure %ScriptFile%"

What is the OK mode? I´m really sorry for theese silly questions, bbut I´m quite lost here, the subs did work before I reinstalled WindowsXP.
