Artifact correction

how can i corect the white artifact on that small picture i past pleae ?
i got them lately at any encode i ve done with big 3 although the video itself its always good very nce quality the artifact always appear on the start/ending cedit ,any help will be appreciate ,
i dont use any filter at all than the doif4u interlaced option

As far as I can tell those artifacts are from using decomb.dll for deinterlacing. Although decomb is great, its not perfect.

One way you can get rid of it is by doing reverse IVTC, which basically transforms a interlaced stream into a full progresive stream, and this gets rid of the artifacts that decomb produces.
