What's going on here where the program is stopping as soon as I start to encode? There's an error at the end of the log. Any comments appreciated. Thanks!

Note: I have the latest ffdshow build installed.

Does this happen with all DVDs for you or only with a certain DVD?

0x80040154 usually is sign of a failing COM component...do you have administrative/power user priviliges/are running Nero with "Run as different user..."?
You could just try reinstalling Nero for a quick fix, hopefully.
