Avi/AC3 problem under XP

Sorry for my english, I'm french.

I can't play divx with ac3 inside under xp. those divx works well on 2k. filters seems to be ok and are registred.
I've made many test with GDivx, PowerDivX NextGen. Video is ok but I can't hear anything. It's the same if I play audio AC3 track under GDivx.
I can play vobs with WinDVD, PowerDvd, it's ok.
I can play AC3 track with PowerDVD, it's ok.
I try to play Avi/AC3 with PowerDVD, video is ok, but no sound.

does anyone hear something about this ?

I can give you some specs about my system :
Bp6, seismic edge, 2 speakers.

I were quite sure my codecs were pretty installed.
But ....
The codec bundle from http://dividix.online.fr was my solution.

i have similar problems. I can hear sound but i see no picture.

WHY CAN'T I SEE A PICTURE!?!?!?!?!?!?!
