I have a film on DVD and I want to turn part of the audio into an MP3 file. Is it possible to do this? If so how/what will I need?

- Extract ac3 audio using DVDDecrypter, IFO mode, selecting streams (and chapters).
- To split your extracted ac3 file to tracks, use BeSplit.
- Transcode from ac3 to mp3 with BeSweet
- You can alternatively split the transcoded mp3 file using mp3DirectCut

How do I extract ac3 audio? It's in IFO mode, but just makes normal VOB files...

"Stream Processing" tab. Select "Enable Stream Processing", unselect all streams you do not need, mark your stream, select "Demux", start the procedure.
If you have already the vobs onto your hard disc better use ReJig in file mode. It is obvious how.

Or use SmartRipper in "Stream Processing" mode...
