Using AC3 with Adobe Encore

I encoded a stereo wav into ac3 using besweet. When I import it into Adobe Encore though, I get the error message "more than 2 audio channels for this type of encoding is not supported". Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I haven't had much luck with Encore on my system, so I've never gone beyond a quick trial -- all I can do is offer a guess that Encore is reading your ac3 as 5.1. Did you use one of the GUI's or Besweet cli? Would it be possible to try an ac3 encoded with another method? The FAQ for v 1.5 says it can support 5.1 import only. What version are you using?

Thanks. I downgraded to besweet 1.4 and grabbed ac3machine, and it encoded an ac3 that Encore would accept.
