Quality Assessment

Hi,
I'm searching for tools to compare the quality of sequences which were impaired in different ways, especially by different codecs.

I tested
- MSU Video Quality Measurement Tool (thanks to Dmitry, great tool!)
- avs SSIM Plugin by Lefungus (also great)
- Video Quality Studio by Everwicked (crashes a lot)


I'm also searching for hardware which can be used to do this.
I found products by Tektronix and Genista.

But this can't be all, can it?
Can anybody tell me other tools?
