MPEG4modifier problem

Hi all,
i have found a problem with 2 version of xvid
I have encoded with xvid 1.0.3 a video capped from sat,i have do deinterlaced and all is ok

Before this i have do another rip with xvid.1.1.0 beta 2 same video and same deinterlace

Results: I open the avi files with mpeg4modifier, with xvid 1.0.3 is not interlaced
with xvid 1.1.0 beta2 mpeg4modifier tell me interlaced but if i watch the video is not interlaced.

Now is a bug of mpeg4modifier or xvid?

It's must be shown the state info of "Interlaced encoding" option in XviD,not for the input material
