Is there a program to find PIDs from a Transponder ?

I would like to know if there is a program that show the Video and Audio PIDs from a transponder, if you insert the frequencies and symbol-rates...

The reason is because there is a channel that is always changing the Video and Audio PIDs. So I dont know how to find the correct values.

I'm using a Skystar2.
