I recently purchased a DivX movie from a website, which allows for a thirty day rental period, or a 30 times playback on a DivX compatible DVD player. My problem is I didn't realize that I had to be connected to the Internet in order to view the movie. There must be a workaround for this, or a bypass for the VOD verification. Or maybe some program like Fraps which will capture the movie, but back into DivX, rather than an uncompressed AVI. Does anyone know of a workaround or bypass? Or any way around the VOD protection?
Thanks.
