Hi guys,
If somebody could help me with this AVI file. It consummes over 70% of processor use when played back. The MediaInfo program recognizes it as Divix5, yet ffdshow decides to use Xvid decoder instead. And when I try to open it with MPEG4 Modifier, it stops after loading less than 20% of the file and says "The AVI is corrupt (chunk ends after its containing list)", yet VDub scan showed no bad frames. Any ideas what's wrong with the file?

1) Load the original video file into VirtualDub (or one of its many variants) or NanDub

2) From the "File" dropdown menu, select "File Information"

3) Post (here) EVERYTHING you see (BOTH video and audio information), or post a screen capture .jpg of the information box
