wav to ac3!!!!! i carnt work it out

i know there are many links about people wanting stereo to ac3 5.1 but how do i get 5 or 6 channel wav files how do i make them??? i have belight software to convert to ac3 but i dont know how to make a multichanel wav. HELP!
