New updated version of this GUI for ffmpeg (only fo gnu/linux).

Improved the code (tlc)
The download now it's from sf.net :thanks:
Come packed with 7-zip http://p7zip.sf.net
3 diferents ways to download:
a-.Download All compiled (sources, deps, etc..)
b-............. Only the deps, librarys of tcl/tk
c-...............Only the source code (tcl/tk)
And a first (public alpha) of xmtrasncode. GUI for trancode.
The same of above:
a-.Download All compiled (sources, deps, etc..)
b-...............Only the source code (tcl/tk) and the deps/library
