CCE plugin for premiere

I am trying to make the CCE 2.70 plugin work with Premiere 1.5 Pro
The plugin is inside Premiere plugin directory but I doesn't show up on Export Movie Dialog. I can only use the Mainconcept one. Is there a trick or something?

CCE is not in Adobe Media Encoder section but in Movie section.
